I just uploaded my first show and I’m getting this message:
this item is currently being modified/updated with a derive task

It seems to be working but I’m not seeing it in the etree app. Do I have to do anything to fix this? I’m new to this

Thank you can you tell me why the songs are out of order. How can I avoid this in the future?

First, the derive message is normal and will take 15-60 min. to finish. The derive process is what creates the various other formats (mp3, etc.)

The etree mobile app is done by a third party not affiliated with I'm not sure how long it takes for it to appear in the app, usually within a day from what I can tell. You can still stream the show directly from

Song order is determined strictly from the file naming - it plays in strict alphanumeric order of the filenames.

Lastly, I'll need to look at the upload further to determine why there are duplicates of some tracks. This sometimes happens if you upload your own versions of mp3 files. You should not do this as the system will create versions from the lossless files you upload. I'll get it sorted out.
